Client Services Director

Market Research

Our client is a Global Market Research and Consultancy provider to the Healthcare and Pharma Sectors. This role would be focused on managing strategic clients across the globe, providing exceptional client services to maintain and grow the relationships.

Overview

The Client Services Director will be the face of the business for designated key client accounts, and you will be accountable for driving the growth and commercial success of these accounts. Your performance will be measured against a number of performance measures including revenue generation, account growth and client satisfaction.

Working with the Research team, you will deliver an end-to-end client experience that will drive repeat business, referrals, and organic growth. You will contribute to team motivation, development, and industry recognition in the form of awards, conference speaking, etc.

This well-established agency consistently produces research reports and insights that positively influence the brand strategy of their clients, helping them launch or re-position global solutions.  

Our client has broad range of research and consultancy methodologies and specialities to deliver commercial and actionable insights

As a Client Services Director your key responsibilities are:

  • Participate in key account planning.
  • Achieving revenue growth and profitability targets on key accounts.
  • Nurturing strategic client relationships, as the primary face of the business.
  • Proactively identifying ways to expand our client’s footprint within, and across existing accounts.
  • Partnering effectively with BD and client delivery teams, as well as subject matter experts and Research Directors across the business.
  • Working collaboratively and flexibly as required, to support growth across accounts outside your direct responsibility.
  • Project oversight, channeling the client’s voice (note: this role is not responsible for leading project delivery).
  • Contributing to marketing, thought leadership and other brand-building activity.

What you bring to the Party

  • Prior experience in growing account revenue and meeting commercial targets.
  • An expert in developing strong relationships with clients and leveraging these relationships to increase market share of the business.
  • A self-starter, with a drive to exceed targets and provide clients with an outstanding experience in every interaction.
  • A background in pharma research.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
