Enterprise Sales Executive – Telecoms

Our client is a successful Telecoms Service Provider supplying business clients with Network Services in London, across the UK and Globally for more than twenty years. They are seeking a sales professional that can manage an account base and seek out new business opportunities.

We are seeking experienced telecoms sales professional who has proven build long term relationships with existing clients and winning new business with UK and International Enterprise organisations.  

Main Responsibilities /Focus:

  • Reporting to the Sales Director you will be charged with managing and cross selling to some of their most prestigious clients.
  • You will also have individual responsibility for New Business as well as Account Management Develop and action detailed strategic Account Management plans for each account you own.
  • Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation, research, solution pitch, negotiation, close and onward relationship building.
  • Technical and Commercial support is available for complex large opportunities.
  • Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any further documentation, following our client’s procedures.
  • Responding to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience required:

  • Proven success in your sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process – Proof of sales success and meeting revenue targets/KPIs.
  • Confident negotiator and ability to ‘close the deal’.
  • Experience of short (e.g. 4 weeks) and Long (e.g. 6 months) deal cycles.
  • Network Services: MPLS/VPLS, SD WAN, Ethernet VPN knowledge
  • Knowledge of other Telecoms services: UC, LAN Services, Firewalls etc….
  • Strong client management skills and ability to deliver.
  • Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
  • Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentations.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
