This is a new SDR role for an aspiring sales professioanl who has a keen interest in technology. Our client is now one of the pre-eminent Biiling SaaS providers in the UK Telecoms, IT and Technology sectors.

We’re seeking a highly motivated SDR  to join our client’s dynamic and forward-thinking team you will be responsible for driving the early stages of the sales cycle by generating and qualifying leads.

As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities and setting the foundation for successful sales engagements. Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement, to generate new business leads.
  • Research & Identify: Analyse potential markets and identify prospective clients who can benefit from our client’s Billing SaaS solutions.
  • Qualify Prospects: Engage with leads to assess their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes, ensuring a strong alignment with our offerings.
  • Schedule Meetings: Arrange meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team, paving the way for in-depth sales discussions.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system, providing detailed information on leads and interactions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and continuously improve lead generation efforts.

Requirements:

  • A strong interest in technology and SaaS solutions, with the ability to effectively communicate their benefits to prospective clients.
  • Motivated by achieving targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects confidently across multiple channels.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as SFDC, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in billing or a similar domain is a plus, but not required.
