Billing Analyst – Telecoms

Joining this start-up will be an ideal platform for an ambitious, billing analyst to accelerate their career and gain experience in a high growth telecoms billing environment.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for the support and delivery of our billing solution.
- The role will be mix of client interaction and billing administration which will involve:
- 1st line customer support
- Working closely with our service desk team to ensure timely and efficient resolution of related incidents and service requests.
- As well as executing the monthly billing runs; time is also spent on improving client experience through speedy response and resolution of billing queries.
- Take ownership and responsibility of queries for our growing number of new customers.
Experience and Skills:
- Experience in working in the telecoms industry with a good understanding of telecoms billing is essential
- Good skills in Excel and knowledge of other Microsoft Applications
- Organised and having an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Proactive focus on customer support and delivery
