Salesforce.com Developer/Architect

Our client is a world leader providing Intellectual Property management and the IPFolio salesforce app is at the heart of our future strategy.

They need someone to come on board and help them expand and grow while maintaining good dev hygiene in line with salesforce guidelines.

This role is a technical leadership role and we are looking for an experienced Salesforce developer to set our future architectural direction as well as providing on the job coaching and guidance to developer engineers.

Job Objective:

Play a key role in delivering a secure, performant and maintainable product by creating, suggesting and supervising the implementation of good, scalable architecture

Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise the implementation of new features
• Lead internal and external technical conversations on integrations with other systems
• Support developers in solving hard problems and promote following best practices and good design patterns
• Locate and direct resolutions for business-critical issues

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Exceptional skills in developing enterprise software following best practices in regard to architectural patterns and clean code
• High expertise in Salesforce Apex development
• High expertise in working around Salesforce limits by using asynchronous/batch processing
• Excellent knowledge of git based source driven development
• Experience with Salesforce DX
• Understanding of Salesforce SDLC best practices, the packaging and the deployment process
• A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
• Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Supervising function for Salesforce Developers on a per project basis
• Relevant Salesforce Certification (Platform Developer I+II) and/or relevant Trailhead Track Record – Preferred
