This is a new sales role for a highly motivated and seasoned Business Development Manager (BDM) who will be prepared to grow a pipeline from for Managed IT Services  utilising their new go-to-market (GTM) plan.

What you will do:

You will work collaboratively with an Enterprise Solutions Consultant and the Sales Marketing Manager. Collectively you will create successful outreach and account-based marketing campaigns, leveraging both your trusted professional network and, external outbound lead generation resources.

  • Build a new business IT Managed Service prospect pipeline from scratch
  • Generate and close new logo sales opportunities through effective sales planning and campaigns.
  • Pitch and present enterprise solution and managed service value proposition.
  • Structure professional, compelling proposals, and responses to enquiries
  • Develop and manage a sustainable sales opportunity pipeline.
  • Forecast and report sales opportunities accurately using company CRM platforms.
  • Deliver on key performance indicators and key result areas, sales targets.

Your experience will include:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales of complex managed IT service solutions, ideally in Hybrid Cloud Sales and Optimisation space highly desired. (Some sales and technical knowledge around Azure and AWS would be an advantage.)
  • Creating and successfully delivering new business sales campaigns
  • Self-sufficient and able to operate within a small and nimble team.
  • Ideally degree educated
